Woven Factory
Our circular 26 dobby and 15 jacquards, a total of 42 state of the art weaving machines. Thanks to different fibers and state-of-the-art machinery, our product diversity has increased. At the same we lead the industry with the technical fabric range we have recently introduced.
Dyehouse and Finishing
Equipped with dye and chemical automation systems, Bisem dyeing facilities have a production capacity of 45 tonnes/day with total 28 dyeing machines. All products can be traced electronically along the production line. Different finishes and R&D works are carried out in dye and finish, we can make fabrics in all kinds of synthetic and natural mixtures.
Printing
Our rotary and digital printing facilities offer Reactive, Pigment, Discharge, Burnout, Disperse and Acid printing techniques with up to 12+3 colours for all screen sizes on all fabric bases. Development of new designs, engraving of the screens and preparation of pre-production samples can be realized in quick and efficient manner with our in-house creative team...
Technical Textile
Bisem Textile has made serious investments in technical and functional textiles for the last two years. In this sense, the laboratory and machinery park have been revised. Our latest R&D work to extend the lifespan of Bio-based and woven fabric has been appreciated by the brands, and it also gives us a special pleasure to work for more sustainable production with our work...

Herbal Dye
We are proud to present you our new natural dye collection...
Our natural dyeing technology uses 11.60 liters of water for 1 kg of fabrics. However, 100 liters of water is used in the production of the same amount of fabric. In the process of conventional dye, soil is harmed because of the chemicals and salt usage in the production.
Regarding our future, we are protecting our future by saving 88% of water and 55% of energy*. As an act of innovation, we use neither salt nor chemicals during dyeing process.
Purification
We treat all the water we use with our advanced technology infrastructure and we reduce our water consumption by repeatedly using it. We design and manufacture by using production techniques that have the least impact on nature by minimizing carbon absorption.
